First off - I would make sure folks know these are most effective at getting you "on paper" though not completely zero'd in at any long range. In this case, this worked great at getting me close enough to better fine tune and adjust my scopes from there. The laser is bright and the instructions are pretty straightforward. I appreciated the extra battery as well! Only nitpick is the size adapters weren't super well labeled so it was a bit of trial and error to find the right size for different barrels. Do make sure you use the size that fits in your barrel as snug as possible (without jamming it in) for maximum effectiveness. These saved me some great time on range day with a newly mounted scope, as I was able to use this to sight at about 20 yards in the comfort of my home, then head to the range and fine tune at 100 yards with no issues. For the price, this can't be beat!

First of all - great Bore Sight Kit, I recommend getting it and use it. love the fact that it has green laser. Bought it with discount code for $20 including tax and prime delivery.Why I took a star and gave it only four: attachments for different calibers not organized in the box, they are just in the bag all together. it takes time to find what diameter you need. intsruction not clear about gun calibers, about diameter in millimeters, you need to be prepared one time sit down, calculate all needed diameters and mark them in the instruction.

I received the MidTen Green Bore Sight Kit for .17 to 12GA Caliber, Bright Green Dot BoreSighter. I took it to the range last weekend to sight in the Red Dot Scope on my AK-47. The Green Dot was visible on the target at 25 yards. I was easily able to sight in my Red Dot without wasting ammunition.I recommend the MidTen Green Bore Sight Kit for use sighting in your scopes either at home or at the range. The MidTen Green Bore Sight Kit is easy to use and self-explanatory. It is replacing my old LASERLYTE Red Bore Sight. I suggest purchasing MidTen Green Bore Sight Kit.

I liked the idea of being able to sight in the rifle quickly. It also seems a great quality build.

I bought this to replace one that I bent the stem on. These units used to cost way more than they do now. Came in a timely manner, and it's solidly built-except the stem. I did notice that the arbors did not grab inside my rifle's lands and grooves. Maybe it was just that particular arbor. It's a great value and the green is much easier to see than the red laser. Would recommend !

I ordered this and installed it in my Glock 41 MOS. The first one I ordered did not have the adapter hole in the thin tail drilled deep enough to get the screws in the adapters to install far enough to expand the adapter, as it's designed to do. Regardless, I was able to achieve a reasonably tight fit between the caliber adapter and the barrel. This is when I discovered the major problem with the poor quality control. The laser emitted by this bore sight is not aligned along its axis.I turned the sight on, seated it tightly against the muzzle crown, and then looked along my iron sights at a flat wall 10M away. The laser way up and to the left of where my sights indicated the bullet should impact. I've shot this weapon enough to know that the sights are aligned properly, so I turned the bore sight in the barrel while again ensuring that it was seated tightly in the crown. The laser indicated impact moved with the turn of the bore sight in the barrel. I tried turning the bore sight several more times and discovered that the indicated impact was always off, yet consistent with where the bore sight was rotated within the barrel. This tells me that the laser is not aligned along the axis of the bore sight, making it useless.I returned the bore sight as defective and ordered a replacement. The adapter screw holes in the replacement are drilled deep enough to allow the adapters to expand properly. Once installed, the screw is tightened with the included screw driver until a reasonably snug fit between the adapter and bore is achieved. The bore sight is inserted until a positive fit is made between the sight and barrel crown. Unfortunately, the same misalignment between the laser and the bore sight axis exists in the second unit, also rendering it useless. I even tried turning the sight within the barrel, which further expanded the adapter for a tighter fit (tight enough that it would take considerable force to remove the bore sight from the barrel). The misalignment was still very apparent. I'll be returning this one and requesting a refund. Save your money and do not buy this item. Poor quality control makes this bore sight junk.

I used this bore sight to sight in a new rifle scope. The green laser made it easy for me to see. It did a good job of getting my scope onto the target.I like how the bore sight has the ability to be used with several different calibers. I found it very easy to use. Fit and finish are excellent. It has the look and feel of a quality item.
