Bought this for my mom. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be but she is very happy with it! It hangs over the door and the door can close properly still and it enables her to use her resistance bands without fear that they will come flying back at her. I would recommend this and it's a really good price!

I really like the large "stops" as I can use them at any point on the door, no matter the gap. Hold very well and, so far, very durable.

These work really well for using it on your door. I like that I can use what I have around the house to workout. It really helps. It also helps if you get a cramp in the middle of the night and need to stretch it out.I must stress one thing first: Make sure your door is completely closed and latched before you start using this or you're going to get physically assaulted by your own door right in the face and it won't be pretty. No point in working out after you have a busted face, right? I'm kidding, but seriously, lock your door if you don't trust it.
