Faulty Unit
I bought this as a Christmas gift. Due to Covid (lockdown issues) I have only just got it back from the recipient. It spits hot water continuously and is very dangerous to use. I bought the turbo version hoping that it would be very useful. Unfortunately, we are outside of our return window.

Wouldn’t buy if I can take it back!
It is too heavy. My hand personally gets extremely tired. Also it runs out of water extremely quickly so if you have a few dresses or shirts you want to steam well that won’t happen without running and filling it up a few times and I mean CONSTANTLY. Just wastes time when you just want to do it quickly and be done. I wouldn’t have bought it honestly. Look for something lighter at least. If it was lighter I wouldn’t mind running around filling it up but lol it’s deff a work out for your wrist.

Excellent Steamer
This product is great and works exactly as intended. And while it isn't feather-light, it also isn't heavy either like some reviews state. This is a handheld, convenient steamer. Not designed for mass-steaming. While the tank is smaller, it more than lasts for a full load of laundry that requires steaming. And it literally takes only two extra minutes to refill and heat up again. Very pleased with my purchase and ease of use of the product.

Disappointing - Does not do what I bought it for.
If I would have tried this unit when I bought it, I would have returned it. I wear a lot of casual and dress shirts as opposed to polos or t-shirts. Tonight I tried to take the wrinkles out of 5 SS shirts and 4 LS shirts. I had to fill the water reservoir 4 times for 6 of the shirts. I gave up on the last 3 shirts cause I am going back to the ironing board. When you try to take the wrinkles out of the casual shirts it leaves the shirt looking like the old sear-sucker material with lumps. I spent 10 minutes on 1 dress shirt and I would never wear this out of the house. It may be good if you are going out and you want to freshen up an already ironed shirt. Remember to do it early cause the shirt will be damp for a few minutes. Maybe its for drapes or to steam clean a sofa but for shirts its a zero. It's heavy, and you have to fill it with water too often. 6 months ago, I would have returned it., now maybe my wife can use it for something.
