All items are good quality. I am doing my first(amateur) floor with them and I have to say - I am very happy about this set. All works very well. Even the hammer is quite friendly - never hit my fingers, I think it is quite important :)

The mallet and pull bar where good, but the spacers and tapping block aren't made from the greatest quality of plastic (tapping block broke after a couple of uses). Cheap enough set to get you through doing a rooms worth of flooring (as was my case) and a handy bit of DIY kit...but I would look elsewhere if you want something more "professional"

Impressively essential, could not have laid my laminate flooring without the tapping in tools. Will gift on as good enough to last a lifetime

I bought this set and have so far used it on 2 quite large floors. The mallet is showing some signs of wear now but it will definitely last a good bit longer. Well worth the very reasonable price

I’ve never used kits when laying laminate, and this time was no different.However on the final piece up against the wall to click in place, so in a rush, I bought this kit mainly for the z shaped brace.When it arrived, one hit and it all clicked into place.Am annoyed at myself for not getting the kit sooner, it would have made my life easier!

This set is really good for installing the flooring, only downside are the spacers, they fall out and I had to use small pieces of laminate instead of them.

but the small mallet is adequate enough for an amateur DIY person like me.That said the spacers are totally useless as they fall over all the time when plonking planks with the mallet to fit tightly using the mallet & plastic plonking tool.Sadly, the plonking tool is not universally suitable for all LVT types so I ended up using a bit of scrap LVT instead once it had shattered into pieces (probably my fault for being overzealous).The metal leverage tool lip for pulling planks in does not have a sufficient drop to actually offer secure contact to the plank's edge for pulling in. As a result when one tries to use the mallet to close the planks in the leverage slips out. Better off just using a universal tool (crow bar).In hinsight I wish I'd just got a mallet & spacers separately.

as advertised, purchased to do one repair now that's completed any other jobs now come for free.
