Watchmen Kubrick 3 Set of 6 Figures

The movie these are based on, has become a thing of legend. Early in the comic superhero movie genre and set even before that, it is almost an independent film version, in the fact it is true and unapologetic to it's print origins. Overall, these characters are accurate, true and pretty darn cool whether you are familiar with them or not. The price per figure alone is worth the purchase, considering they are Kubrick figures. Almost feel silly waiting so long to pull the trigger on these.

Well sculpted little figures, about 3 times the size of a lego minifig and as big again as a minimate, they patrol my shelf at work. Nice detail, and a fun reminder of a great book and movie.

My son is a big fan of the Watchmen comic and movie. He is also a lover of Legos. So when I saw this, I thought it would be a perfect gift for him. In the product image the Watchmen look just like Lego minifigures, and they are, except that they are about 2 times the size of a Lego minifigure. I guess I should have read the product description better. Other than being suprised by their size, I still think he'll love them.
