Perfect 60L pack for multiday trips
Amazing for the price. I recently went camping to upstate NY and this pack was perfect for holding most of my things for 5 days. It arrived super quickly, and is extremely well made. I found it fairly light weight with the internal frame. I also have a Mammoth backpack that it much lighter but has no internal frame, that cost over $200 used. For $30, this was a steal. It is very easy to access off the pockets. It had straps to attack my sleeping pad and small chair to. At the bottom, there is a rain shield that would work well for covering the whole pack if you are hiking in the rain. It was very comfortable on my back and I look forward to using again and again.I took a star off because I wish there was more nylon lops to attaching more to the pack. There are many up of the hood, but my other pack has them all up and down which I would have preferred if I wanted to bring my climbing gear. I also cannot say how it would hold up in the rain or moving from site to site as we were camping on an island in the Adirondacks. I will update when we take it for a multiday hike. All in all, this is an excellent product and I would highly recommend.

Good to lend to a newcomer I guess
For what you get I guess this is a decent pack. I bought mine as an intro pack for friends who had never been backpacking so they could try it out before buying their own. On its first backpacking trip (10 miles) the waist buckle broke when I did a pretty standard tightening of the straps, and we had to tie the waist straps for the rest of the trip. This wasn't even my main issue with the pack. The main problem is that the waist guards are super flimsy and hardly hold the weight of the bag when packed. Therefor, most of the weight falls on your shoulders. With how I use the bag this is fine because a one time use will not kill your back, but if you are planning to buy this pack for multiple usage I would spend $30+ to get a Teton or something that is more durable and will distribute the weight more efficiently.

Built sturdy & adjustable with noteable padding
Huh...impressive. I didnt have high expectations for the price & this was not purchased for backpacking necessarily, but as a bug out bag for my mom. I purchased much more expensive ones for the backpacking but if i wouldve known then what i know now, this wouldve been a wise choice. Built sturdy & adjustable with noteable padding..great design with two side compartments that the more expensive bags didnt have. Dont know if this would be tough enough for a die hard trail burner..but an excellent starter pack with potential to last awhile. Most bang for my buck. The mother was also thrilled!

Fits my metal detector and hiking needs
Use the pack all the time took the internal frame out . It's big fits my hiking needs perfectly. Gone thru alot of backpacks . For the price it's a great value. It's a little heavy when empty and the pocket was torn or not sewn all the way didn't notice it until I lost batteries that I put in their. for the price it's the best back pack I've purchased the last one I bought paid 3 times more and lasted 4 months I would buy it again at that price
