I use half balance balls quite a bit in my workout regimen. My fear with this unit was that it was going to not wobbly enough because of it's shallow height. This was not the case, the IKARE unit is small but perfect for my garage workouts. The top is grippy and large enough for two feet, and is great for challenging poses and balancing acts. The hanggrips are good for pushups as well. This is a well built sturdy item, and I look forward to years of use and abuse.
