Not gel, it's foam.
These aren't the kind of real "stress balls" that consist of gel inside and rubber outside (which I thought they would be. It's just a standard foam ball, but the kids liked it anyways and the concept is good for these times, so decided to keep them.

There are are a lot of balls on the market, but this . reminds me that Covid still exit. They are very comfortable to work with.

Would recommend, solid foam, durable
I purchased these when I was going through a rough time at work and finishing up my degree and wanted to wait before writing a review just to make sure they held up. They’re still going strong and still keep their shape/resistance. Personally I love the green one, why it’s my favorite I have no clue but there is favoritism there. They’re solid foam and very durable, 10/10 would recommend.

A hit with nurses!
