I wanted to give this a 5⭐ review. I get shirts for my boy because he is so allergic to Life... basically. I found that when he wears shirts and sweaters he tends to not break into hives as often. And this is on top of his meds, shot, and medicated baths. Also, he's a larger breed, so it's very hard to find clothing that fits him well. We purchased this shirt, because of the great reviews. I'll start with the positives first.The Pros:1. It's super cute!2. Light weight.3. Soft.4. The snaps! Yes, so easy on and off.5. My baby boy actually enjoys being in it.The Cons:1. Sizing is a touch off. He fit into this orginal purchase, but, I could tell immediately that with any real movement the snaps in the front, chest area, weren't going to hold. It was just a touch snuggie.2. So, I went ahead and purchased the next size up, because this shirt is so awesome. However, when I returned the smaller shirt, even though this was "Amazon Prime", the seller charged me half of the cost of the product! What?!?! I had to pay to exchange it for a size that fit. That sucked. Especially since it was sold as a Prime product. If it wasn't for this cruddy return policy, I would have given this product the full five stars. I mean, I bought another shirt for crying out loud! So, I feel a little cheated. Anyway, it's a great shirt, good quality, well made, you won't be disappointed. But, if you have a pup with a broader chest, I highly recommend that you just size up. Otherwise, you will end up paying for it. 🙂

This (L) Large fits our 63 pound border collie - chow mix well. I walk our dog at a local forest preserve every morning and got this so I could treat it with permethrin for tick protection because we have a lot of them this season and they can transmit bad diseases to humans. There is some cycle and car traffic where I walk the dog and this shirt also improves our visibility in the forest. It appears to be well made. I don't expect to wash it often and will hand wash it then. I washed it initially because it had some residual odor and after drying I applied the permethrin. It has four plastic snaps on the bottom which I think will last OK but I use it as a pull-over and reach through with my hand to get the dog's front legs so I can guide them through the arm holes. This is working well for us for these morning walks and I'm glad I got it.

Not only was I pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shirt, but how well it also fit my dog. I have a 85 lb. male German Shepherd that recently under went surgery to have a tumor removed on his back. Rather than make him wear the lovely dog cone to prevent him from licking at his stitches, I opted to buy a shirt for him as an alternative. The fabric itself is pretty thick, and he can move comfortably in the shirt. Its not too tight around the arms or stomach area. I purchased a size Large for him.

Our 10 year-old American Pit-Bull Terrier weighs 72 pounds and was having surgery on his shoulder. We needed to make sure that he would not be able to bother the surgical site. I decided to try a shirt before putting some type of neck restraint on him. I bought this shirt early, so he could get used to it since he had never worn clothing in his life. To my surprise, right out of the box, he acted like he had been wearing it his entire life! LOL The shirt is soft, well made, and easy to put on. I especially love the comfortable elastic on the belly. It keeps the shirt completely out of the way and clean for a male dog to go potty. I totally recommend this shirt and will buy more for the colder months.

I got the item as described doesnt bother my dog at all when he has it on, hes a 92 lbs red nose pitbull an i got a xl his chest girth is 38 inches so i went with an xl it fits ok but wouldve been a better fitted look if i got a L instead, but overall nice quality, will order the black one an get a sz L this time.

I found it hard to believe that my pit-bull mix would wear a size Medium because he has been unable to fit into 5XL in other dog shirts. So I made the mistake of ordering a Large. Should have gone with the size chart and gotten the M. The L is huge on him. The shirt is good quality, silky soft fabric and would probably look adorable on Teddy. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because in order to return it, I would only get back $5.00 due to shipping charges. I'll be donating it to my local shelter instead. Not ordering another because I don't want to take a chance on it not fitting either and having to donate a second one.

My 40 lb Beagle/Rottweiler mix, Roxie, looks super cute in this shirt. She gets super excited and jumps up on her back legs ready for it to be put on her when she sees that I have it in my hands.The fabric is light and soft so it's fine for her to wear around the house without her getting overheated. I ordered the small which fits pretty well except the collar is a little big and slides down around her shoulders, and the arms are a tad loose but not that big of a deal.I've since ordered both the black, and the red striped ones. I wish the red was fulfilled by Amazon because I wanted that one for her to wear on Christmas.
