Wonderful pan! Wanted a good nonstick pan for my eggs in the morning because all my current ones were sticking bad. This is the perfect size for 1-3 eggs. I haven’t had to put any non stick stuff such as oil or butter. The eggs slide right out. Looks nice, feels like great quality and easy to wash. It also came with the perfect little screwdriver! Will buy again or other sizes of the same one.

My usual complaint is egg pans have rivets inside getting all dirty. NOT this ONE! It is so well made. No rivets inside! The handle is so well made and it's wood meaning it doesn't get hot and it's connected to the pan outside not inside. Wonderful. Not so sure about the non-stick part though. I fried an egg and it did not slide around. But it easy to clean up. This is a great pan!

It's a really nice looking pan. The handle looks like wood, feels like wood, isn't wood. You have to screw the handle on, it's unassembled. Which is weird for cookware. A long screwdriver is included for assembly so it's a bonus. I made an omelette this morning. Used butter as lube and it worked perfectly. No sticking. Eggs slid around the pan, flipped nice. So this was a good purchase. I used a silicon spatula so I can't say if using metal would scratch it right away. The eggs moved in the pan well so you should bother using any but silicon or plastic utensils with it.

This is a high quality item..don't let the price fool you. After seasoning the pan with cooking oil, you almost don't need a spatula (non-metal) to remove an egg. It literally slides right out! Plus it looks much nicer than other pans in this price range. It won't disappoint you!

I just got this pan as a replacement to my copper pans to be able to make small servings of eggs and other dishes.The pan came nicely packaged in a cloth bag and bubble wrap.After reading further I have a few small issues I am not sure about. First - as with all wood items in the kitchen, the dishwasher can be an issue. Especially over time, and thus is recommended to wash by hand. Secondly, the pan says not to put on the stove empty. Which is a larger concern when you are "heating up the pan" before putting stuff in to cause a sear/char. I'm not sure, so, i will have to continue to see how it goes.The pan does have a nice notch in it for pouring stuff out, gravy or other liquid sauces or whatnot.UPDATE:We've been using this for a few weeks now making various things from eggs, sausage, to noodles and meatballs. Its still working well. There is a discoloration of the stone now, its a little burned looking. Not much. Its still working well and very smooth to cook on and easy to clean.2nd Update:I've used this pan for almost a year, and at a frequency of almost every day or even multiple times per day. It really got some heavy use. So, as it lost some of its non-stick, I got a new one. The original one came assembled in a nice velvet case. My new one came in a box, disassembled, and came with a screwdriver the size I would see for glasses.

My husband was skeptical when we received the pan. I wanted something that was not Teflon and overall healthier to cook. I researched this and it is great. He heats up quickly and evenly and cleanup is even better. I am now looking for a square griddle made of this same material. It's good.

This is an early review so I can’t comment on long-term value, but after using this skillet for about a month on a daily basis, it’s fantastic. Strongly built, attractive wood grain handle, and super slippery cooking surface. I initially purchased a single pan, but after three weeks of use I also bought the set of three. All are equally great.

Like that I never have to use high heat, always start at medium and must lower it as time goes on. Easy clean up. Going to purchase the bigger one.
