DO NOT BUY THESE!
I bought these from the Birkenstock website and wore them around my house for a few days to break them, but then started to notice a painful chafing caused by the strap and a gap between the inner sole. But whatever you do never buy from Birkenstock directly!!! They will not accept any return that has been worn although I wouldn't have known about this until I have worn these sandals. I can't believe how greedy this company is especially when charging $150 for a pair of sandals, completely unacceptable.
