I used to use a service which auto shipped these filters to my home on a scheduled interval. Though that was cheaper than going to a store, I still felt it was highway robbery. Enter my search for a new solution and this perfectly fit the bill. The filters are solidly built and appear to do the job they are intended to do. On my next replacement rotation, will definitely purchase again.

The price was 1/3 to 1/2 of the same size filter from other sources - local and on-line. The quality appears to be the same as the pricier filters. They are made in the USA!!

These air filters work great with my unit, they fit perfectly and they hold up nicely. I know some have mentioned they change theirs every 6months I personally change mine every month to every month in a half depending on how much traffic rolls through my house. I doubled checked with an AC technician who services my home once a year to make sure these filters were good and up to par and he said yes and that the inside of my unit was incredibly clean... (why I change them so often).Before placing in the unit I write the date on the outside of the filter, spray it very lightly with Lysol For a little extra help with allergies then put it in and let it do it’s job. Never had a problem with them losing their structure or them falling apart. Great buy for over a year and I am pleased with them.

These filters are a perfect fit for my Carrier furnace.Unfortunately, Amazon's shipping policy doesn't consider that a 25x20x11 package won't fit in a USPS parcel locker so unless you are one of the lucky few who still gets mail delivered directly to your door, plan on driving to the Post Office to pick up the package. For us that means a 25+ mile trip to the Post Office. I probably could have saved money buying from another store that uses a delivery service which actually delivers to homes. The extra expense of having to drive to the Post Office really cuts down on the value for me.

Great filters, I have been using them for over 3 years, replacing quarterly without issues!

I've had problems with other filters either being too loose which allows particulate to get around the filter and defeats the purpose of a filter. The other problem is the box is too big or foam insulators around the filter which make everything so tight that the filter container buckles. I would recommend instructions to the consumer to measure the dimensions of their receiver; height, width and depth. If the manufacturer displays their actual specs, that should eliminate problems for the consumer on installation.

This is a really excellent filter a a reasonable price. It really picks up fine particle. You can see it when you change filters. I sawed some teak in the basement. The very fine dust plugged the filter within 2 days. It did it’s job. If you can’t see light through it holding it up to a light, it needs changing.

The Aerostar filter is a little bigger than my previous filter, so it was REALLY tight getting it in and the door to close. Also, that other filter had sponge tracks to slide into. I’m sure it will do a fine job, just not exactly like the other one in size and construction.
