Q: Can you wear them over glasses?

Q: Can be fitted with prescription insert or can i replace the lenses?

The Ultim8 does not have an Rx insert and the lenses cannot be replaced. The Baxter is similar and is Rx-able: https://www.bollesafety-usa.com/reference/baxn

Q: Can i buy replacement removable straps and waterproof foam gaskets for my prescription ultim8 glasses?

The Ultim8 is not among the safety glasses we classify as Rx-able. If you had an optician provide Rx lenses for your Ultim8 you could see if your optician would be able to transfer those lenses to a new Ultim8 and if that's possible you could purchase a new Ultim8. We don't have replacement straps or gaskets available for purchase for the Ultim8.
