Great product and most excellent customer service
I originally purchased the 2 gallon sprayer in March of 2017. I recently noticed it was leaking from the side of the metal container - not near a seam, just like a rust spot. In Nov 2021 I contacted Chapin Customer Service and worked with Micah - he stayed in contact with me as he checked with their product engineers and after a few days they said they would send out a replacement unit. They asked me if I normally left and residual weed killer or whatever I was spraying in the tank between sprayings and I informed them that I did sometimes leave some week killer in the tank. They said that my tank probably had rusted from the inside because of the liquid and corrosive chemicals in the weed killer and suggested that I make sure to empty it and rinse it after each use. So even though the product malfunction was entirely my fault and they didn't need to replace it, they stepped up and went the extra mile and sent me a brand-new replacement within a week. So, I highly recommend this product and other products that Chapin manufactures. It's a great sprayer and knowing their customer service is most excellent is more than enough for 5 stars.

Great Sprayer
We use these sprayers here at the animal shelter and love them. They are very sturdy and last a long time. We use them every day, twice a day and they last a long time.

Seems rugged
I was tired of buying cheap plastic sprayers. This seems pretty rugged. Hose is rubber, which is fine for now - we'll see how long it takes to start cracking. I wiped it down with some silicone grease to hopefully keep it pliable. Sprayer valve is plastic and pump is plastic, but what you gonna do?

quality product
We use this to spray sanitizer in our processing facility. It makes that job so fast and easy. The nozzle on these has worked flawlessly. The only complaint I have is that the bottom after a year or so begins to rust. we have tried many ways to protect it but nothing has worked till we started setting it in one of those rolling plant trays. Even that tray get water in it and will still rust in time but it helps the canister last longer. All that being said I know most people are not going to have their canister setting in water almost all the time like we do. So for average use and even in our commercial use I would highly recommend this product.

Full face spray every time you release pressure, otherwise "meh"
These tanks came highly recommended and I can't for the life of me understand why. I am a former licensed pesticide applicator and lawn care operator. I've used Solo backpack sprayers all my life but I'm retired and thought these would be more appropriate (more portable, easier on back). But sheesh. First, they don't hold much pressure. So you pump 10 times, spray 5 seconds. Then when you're done, HOPE the little plastic wand clip didn't come off. I've got 3 tanks, 2 of the clips are gone first week. THIRD, the only way to release pressure is to unscrew the fill / pump handle, which almost always results in some product blowback. Sure you can learn, and move your face out of the way, but that's about the biggest design flaw I've ever seen. These are NOT suitable for use. The fact that they're actually more than $10-$20 is the final straw. Mine will be going in the next yard sale, replaced by another backpack sprayer.

Very nice, should last for years.
Made well, one of the nicest I’ve seen and used. With proper clean out after use, hoping it well last for many years to come. This replaced a sprayer my dad gave me that he had used for 30+ years and I had over 10 years after that so hopefully this replacement will have as long a life…so far, so good.

Dump truck use
I drive a dump truck so I needed one to put diesel in to spray the truck. so far it seems like it will last longer than the typical plastic ones. Good price. The pump is plastic and is not metal so beware of that but seems like itll be ok.
