Turrones de Almendra | Almond Nougat Turron | Imported from Jijona Spain (Brownie)

De los 3 dulces que compré, éste turrón de almendras es el que mejor calidad tiene,porque el turrón de maní es más grasa que otra cosa y el de yema es un desperdicio de dinero,parecen dulces viejos,nada que ver con los dulces para navidad de hace años atrás.

I bought this turron last year and it was disappointing. I am from Spain and i was looking for a good turron de chocolate like the one I ate when I was a child. This one tasted old.

I was really disappointed with this turron, nothing fancy about it felt like I was eating an Almond Joy without choc. or nuts! just a THIN less than 1/2 inch piece of coconut nougat and that was it... Will never waste my money on it ever again, thought this is from Spain good brand, it seems like you keep paying more for things and the less you keep getting!! To all the latin people out there Turrones used to be something you could bite into and enjoy a piece didn't matter if you thought it was expensive then... NOW it is TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!

Pero se pone viejo y pierde sabor. Es lo que le ha pasado a la pastilla de chocolate crujiente que me llegó a casa. Tenía ese aspecto blanquiecino que tiene el chocolate viejo y también ese sabor polvoriento. Y si a eso le sumamos que lo compré porque el de Suchard ya no estaba disponible, pues la decepción es aún mayor.

Excellent Turron... my Spanish wife recommends it. Great with a lovely glass of fino after dinner.
