Product was open and missing a nail file
I ordered two Piggy Paint Nail Accessories packages. One came complete in the packaging. The other package was open and the small pink emery board was missing. Very disappointing to not have two complete packaged items.

It doesn’t cover well and doesn’t last more than a few hours. We’ve applied multiple coats and a clear coat finish. Still doesn’t last.
