New to crossfit. Two months in and I didn’t like recording my workouts in an App. I’m more of a paper person. This book is the perfect replacement. I’ve gone back and recorded my first two months and so far I haven’t noticed it missing anything.update: Still love this book but after 9 months of use the cover is starting to tear off. I wish the cover was laminated and more durable. I would pay a few $ more for a sturdier cover.

This book has been super helpful for me. My gym transitioned the software they were using and I was going to lose all of my numbers. This book helped me keep up with them. And from transitioning from that gym I've been able to keep everything in one place. I keep it in my gym bag.
