I live in an apartment, the counters are horrible, hideous, and you can't tell if they're clean or not.These make my kitchen look a MILLION times nicer. AND they're easy to clean. AND no dulling knives or plastic in my food. Win, win, win, win!They are a bit pricey compared to other cutting boards, but they're BIG, and so sleek! I bought one a few years ago and bought ANOTHER one just a few weeks ago. They do build up some knife marks over time, but personally I like that.

Bought to process venison. Was tired of thinking about the microplastics I was getting in my fresh meat as I processed with nasty cheap plastic cutting boards. This was large enough to de-bone a quarter on. The folded edge held it in place on the counter which I liked. Sturdy guage stainless steel, was not flimsy at all. Would reccomend for people who cut their own meat. Ditch the plastic do yourself a favor.

This was complete garbage. It was totally different from what the picture depicts. They sent a pressed steel with paint on it. I used it 1x and it peeled. Totally toxic and not meant for cooking. I threw it away after one use. Total waste of money and the problem unfortunately with Amazon. They can't always vet the vendors... i will attach pictures so people will see. But it's blue and white metal on top of my brown cutting board.

Update: Still loving the two boards I got. They do tend to slide around and the granit countertops. The first was the largest size that I wanted for making cinnamon rolls. My wooden board has a lip on the back making it hard to roll dough out to the edges. This board came with just one blemish from shipping. A corner of the board was dinged bit I was able to straighten it.The prep board itself is nice. It is a heavy gauge of stainless steel that should hold up for a long time, but it is a bit unwieldy when moving it around due to the size and weight. I also received a nice scraper to clean off debris, I am not sure of the material it is make of but it works well.That said, the edges on the second board I bought were very rough and jagged, not to the point of being dangerous but if I had not noticed it there could have been damage my countertops. The board took quite a while to get here but that was not an issue.The packaging could have been better on the second board. The heavy prep board was just put in a much larger box with nothing to keep it from moving around. I am fairly surprised it made it in as good of shape as it was. I also did not get any scraper with the second board. I am sure it is quite inexpensive but they are nice to have.I would be inclined to look for a different seller for a product like this.

I had purchased an IKEA Bror utility cart that the showroom displayed in a kitchen so I assumed it was food safe. Quickly discovered that a raw plywood top is NOT food safe so I did a search for a topper, rather than choosing to stain and seal. This item popped up and it fits so perfectly there’s only a 1cm perimeter left uncovered. The edge overhang is GENIUS. It not only stops any sliding, but also keeps the front edge of the prep surface as easy to clean as the top. That said I have a few small spot stains that won’t come off, even with a cleaner made especially for stainless steel, but they don’t really bother me. I know it’s clean and can be sanitized which outweighs the need for a pristine look. Highly recommend, especially if you also have that Bror Utility Cart, but maybe watch for a sale or wait for a coupon. That helped me decrease the $99 purchase price which is a bit steep.

I really wanted a stainless steel surface for doughs but I don't have any more room in my kitchen for another table. I opted for the large 31.5 x 19.7 inch board and it just arrived. After peeling off the protective sheets, I washed it up, dried it and put it on my kitchen island and it's impressive. It was pricey, but this is perfect because I now have the large surface area I wanted and it didn't take up any extra room whatsoever. It's much heavier than I thought it would be and seems to be of very high quality. I'll be rolling out doughs within the next 2 days and will update as to how it handles dough. From what I can tell, I think I will be very well pleased.Update: I made cinnamon rolls yesterday and how this handles dough is incredible. No sticking whatsoever. I've baked for decades and had no idea stainless steal was so much better than wood, for kneading and rolling out dough. For those who work a lot of dough, this is an excellent investment. I couldn't be more pleased.
