Item doesn’t work and customer service are very rude!! I was on hold to them for 8mins as the item ‘supposedly‘ comes with a warrantee. They finally picked up & said “we’re busy, call back tomorrow” & hung up on me! Don’t waste your time!!

I ordered this toaster 4 times. 4 times I received the wrong color.
