Throws off major noise on the car radio when operating. I have other units like this that don't do this.

This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.This product was honestly more than I was expecting. It feels and looks like it was built really well, the housing is actually metal. It was able to charge my iPad mini and iPhone at the same time which is really impressive. The iPad mini charged about 3-5% over a 10min drive, while the iPhone charged closer to 8-10%. I think this is pretty good as it's fast, but not so fast you'd worry about it hurting the devices. The glass breaking feature is unique to the product, but I don't actually picture using it and definitely haven't had to try it yet. It's a simple product, but does the job I wanted it to do and is of better quality than I expected.The only con I have with the product is the packaging (which doesn't influence my rating). It comes in a really nice packaging, but there might be a design flaw. The way the foam insert is designed, it moves a little bit and since the charger is heavy it bounces out of place during transport. If they made the foam pad slightly thicker or made the inserts slightly more stable, it would hold the unit in place and make for a better presentation.
