I originally purchased one of the big brand units that I quickly returned as it did not live up to my expectations. So I went the opposite route and went for the under $50 unit which is this Fodsports one. I have a full video of it on YT under my name CommonJoe if you want to see it. But in short, it sounds great and actually has bass unlike the other one I returned. But my favorite feature is that I can use the built in mic to connect wirelessly to my iPhone and record the audio! This is great for motovlogging as I no longer have to run a 2nd mic in my helmet and have a wire running to my camera or recording device. I now just record the audio separately to my phone and then sync it up with the video from the camera in Post production. Besides that, music sounds great, it's loud enough at highway speeds. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to use "Hey Siri" or "Hey Google" to control the phone. If they made a more expensive version that did that, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

this is a great product, i used it on a 1000 plus mile ride and it is good! sound quality for music works well depending on your taste of music and the production as well, i listen to mostly metal music and classic rock everything from Slayer to Led Zeppelin I found that this music works best for the headphones, i also listen to old school hip hop and i found that the speakers do not sound well for that genre. as for phone use i was on the interstate chatting with the ol lady doing 80 and she could hear me fine and i could hear her fine as well. setup is not too hard and do note it uses a c type charging cable versus the standard android but it is not an issue for me i picked up two cables here on amazon for under 10 bucks. bottom line is I am a biker on a budget and this product gets the job done for me.

I bought these mainly so my wife and I could talk during rides together. The button to turn on the two way communication is barely a button at all, it is hard to find without gloves on and impossible to find when you are wearing gloves. If by some miracle you can find the button it takes about 5 seconds to switch modes from playing music to two way communication so you're not sure if it actually worked and want to try to press it again. The sound quality is terrible too, you can barely hear when riding.It works ok as a music player but that's about it.

Dude, this thing is sweet! The sound is awesome, really loud! I can scream down the road at 80 and hear this no problem. Call quality is good, people I call say that I'm a little bit quiet, but not enough to be horrible. The bass is moderate, not bad at all! Absolutely worth every single penny. All the other reviews don't make sense to me because it really is fantastic. And if ANYTHING goes wrong, the seller has your back. Trust me, buy it!
