I add this to the water that is dispensed into bottles in public buildings like airports. I also add it to spring water at home. I love the taste, and I feel better on the days when I drink it. I mix about 1/3 of a packet in 16-20 oz of water.

This product thus the job when all you can have is just fluids to hydration . Very tasteful with ice.

My son drinks 2 Kinderlyte bottles (1 liter) a day. That is a lot of fluid to ship. And money. So, he wanted to explore more ecological and economical ways to get the same health benefits. The powder product seemed to be the perfect solution. We took an empty Kinderlyte bottle and used 2 packets with filtered water - then compared that to the same flavor 33 oz bottle we got from Kinderlyte. The powder bottle was weak in flavor and still had powder residue in it, despite fierce shaking. After some experimenting, we found it takes almost 3 packets to get the same taste as the bottle - not 2. But the bottled version still tasted better. We were bummed, as we were hoping to end the 10 cases we get shipped every month.

Purchased this product and found it was just what we wanted to increase hydration with a focus on probiotic support! When we re-ordered this same product it delivered with each of the individual powder packets hard as a rock. Moisture damaged, but the neither the large envelope or any of the individual packets were punctured. We requested return and re-delivery but sadly this product was delivered today in the same damaged condition!!!Addendum: We were contacted and product was replaced after review was posted. The replacement was perfect and as before, we love this product and intend to re-order!

These are my husband’s fave! We use these now, as opposed to another brand that is pricier...good flavor, good hydration, and they dissolve well, as long as you do a good job shaking it up. We will definitely order more!

I work outside trimming and edging lawns all summer in some extreme heat at times and since drinking this I didnt get near as tired during the day or have leg cramps at night. Use to drink drip drop which is good but this has even more electrolytes. Some people might want to check before using because the sodium level is pretty high. Works great for me, 5'11 180lbs and in good shape, no health problems. Doesn't taste salty unless it's in warm water, but not that bad.
