Pretty, but is merely a sticker on the outside of the cup..
I did not realize that my monogrammed name would just be a sticker placed on the outside of the cup. Not sure how long the sticker will last after washing the cup... It looks pretty though.

Don't even bother.
I literally wasted money! The cup came in and had the monogram letters going down the cup and all lowered cased!! And the cup is a rip off I could of went to Walmart and made my own cup!!

RIP OFFF AND FAKE!!!! Letter were lower case and down the side. Plus they are like stickers!!

Loyal Tervis customer hugely disappointed with quality.
I get the cup wit a note enclosed not to put it in the dishwasher. As a new mom I need everything to be washed. The letters yellowed the first time. The top seemed to have been an older version that will not fit the new Tervis straws. Buy your own sticker or get the other customized cups.They have done a disservice to Tervis.

I was VERY unsatisfied with my purchase! It looks as if the letters were just stuck on! Very cheap for the amount the cup cost! And the seller refused to give a refund! DO NOT buy one of her cups!

Not really Tervis
Watch out for imitation products, and this is one of them. These are not Tervis! The same quality is just not there. Get the real thing. Tervis cups are great!
