I have purchased this for years. Was good value. Now the company has stealthily decreased the volume from 739 ml to 561ml - that’s 23% smaller but keep the price exactly the same.In other words they have made it 25% more expensive!Thanks but no thanks. I’ve moving on to The Unscented Company Dish Soap

I’ve ordered this product a number of times. I feel it is a good choice as we rely on a septic system and we can’t always find an environmentally friendly product at our local store. My latest order just arrived. I didn’t realize that the size of bottle has changed. The last order were bottles that were 25 oz. and the new bottles are 19 oz. just thought I would point that out to regular users.

I love this dish soap and re-ordered after a few months of use thinking that I would receive the same product. Very annoyed to find that the new bottles have been reduced from 25 oz to 19oz but are sold for the same price! Not cool how they are intentionally trying to mislead customers.

We did love the product, but now all of a sudden the bottle is 25% smaller and way less liquid than it was before. No warning of the change. We had no clue. Yet the price is the same and even more expensive than we paid some of the time…. Big disappointment. Now it is 561ml… before it was 739ml ….!!!! Not fair to your customers, seventh generation… not fair at all

I have used this product for a few years without any incident/issues and receiving it promptly. As I suffer from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), this product is the only one safe for me as my environment has to be 100% scent/free. I put in an order for the "Seventh Generation Dish Soap Liquid for clean and FRAGRANCE FREE dishes Free & Clear for sensitive skin 561 ml, Pack of 6. Received today ONE bottle of the Seventh Generation scented Orange/pomegrade but charged full price (pack of 6). Please send me what I have ordered as I am returning the bottle of the scented product back and ensure your billing process is properly revised. Very disappointed at this time.
