Very nice product for beginners. Exercise guide is also provided. Also very easy to use as everything is mentioned on the board and manual guide.Very sturdy and light weight. So easy to carry and will not break easily. I am exercising regularly with this and experiencing improvement also.

Product cost is high as compared to material used.Good for beginners or for daily work-out at home.Correct positions marked and due to correct marks on board you can build that particular muscle.

Very convenient to use and store. Different positions allows to target specific muscles. However, the two handles are not comfortable as the material is hard and hand hurts while doing the exercises. Softer and comfortable handle could have been given.

I have ordered this to know about the things I also checked some negative reviews and videos. But I can only say this the best product for pushups. You don't need to try all the combinations at a time. You need focus on toning particular muscles. I suggest first you use three positions for shoulder, chest and back. These three combinations are started with lower bottom points. 5 sets with at least 20 reps. You will find beautiful muscles Only one drawback is grips are not cushioned, I prefer you should use a gym gloves, KOBO gym gloves are cheap and best..

Build quality is hard and good but handles are moving while doing pushup which is dangerous

this is very good for doing exercises at home and quality is superb. Very tough and strong handle . Also come with user manual for doing proper exercise. Worthy product at this price..

The product is lightweight and the material is strong enough to hold the weight.but the colour coding is not so accurate,so one cannot solely depend on the colour coding.

Durability can be an issue if you are on the heavier side.
