The most authentic and traditional design there is. This tribal seed bead rope necklace is used in ceremonies in the Zulu tribe of Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa. Historically the seeds were woven around rope made from natural fibers, but today we use repurposed thick ropes, which allows them to be sturdier for our on-the-go lifestyle. The necklace measures a little more than 1/2" inch in diameter and 38" in length when laid flat (20" of pure bead), and hangs to about mid chest when fastened loosely. Sturdy and solid! The beads are soft, making the necklace comfortable to wear on bare skin. You will definitely make a statement with this beautiful, elegant, and bold original!
