Amazon did a great job. But I’m older and it’s disappointing to see how the products themselves, i.e. the paperback books, are made so much cheaper than they used to be. Everything is made so cheap anymore. But Amazon themselves did great.

I started reading these books back in 2010. Since then I've moved countless times and countries & no longer have the amount of books I used to. So when this was on sale, I bought it.The only thing I didn't enjoy was the last book in the series, because I'm not a fan of how she ended it. The ending to me felt a little rushed.Other than that, it is a great adult horror fantasy fiction series to read. This edition also looks pretty on my bookshelf, so that's a plus too.

I am in LOVE with this box set. The colors, cover art, size, and construction! They are easy to read without damaging the spines and a great size to put in a purse or bag. The cohesive design makes me so happy, I love that they match but are still unique in either color or whatever silhouette is in the negative space of the blood drips.The print may be on the small side for some readers (no colophon is included or available online for this printing, I’m afraid), but I feel is around the average size for pocketbook paperbacks.The set came in plastic wrap which I did not photograph. I did include photos of the only damage (very minimal and I’m not sure could have been avoided no matter how it was handled) which was on two corners of the box and subsequently damaged a corner on the first and last book in the set.All in all, a great purchase!

My husband and I searched for years for the complete Sookie Stackhouse series with this specific cover design. We found other sellers that had this design shown in their photos but actually had the full series in the other cover art design. We're so happy we finally found it and they came in perfect condition!If you have ever watched True Blood, but haven't read the books, get up right now and go read them! I loved Season One of the show, but after that, it lost me fairly quickly. I went ahead and watched all 7 Seasons, just to see how everything would play out. The books were SO much better than the show! (Although if you are a fan of the show, fair warning, Lafayaette's character in the books is very different (and not as funny), and SPOILER ALERT - he doesn't make it past book two).

Love these books! I flew thru the whole series in 2 weeks. The books are so much better than the show and the display box is super cute!

I love this series, I was reading them before they made the TV show and remember having to wait for books. This set was perfect, came with all the books, though small font and allows me to pick them up whenever I'm in the mood to read them. I dont have to wait for any more books, since it's a complete series.

While I absolutely loved this series, I was disappointed when I found the first novel in the series badly damaged from shipping, as well as a bit of damage on the last novel. I couldn’t justify sending the entire set back so I did decide to keep it, but I do wish they were shipped a bit better!

The books look great, however there has been some issues with the delivery therefore the box arrived slightly damaged, especially in one corner as seen in the picture.

Ach, was soll ich sagen? Groß geworden mit Buffy, war True Blood seit langem die erste Vampir-Serie, die es mir richtig angetan hat.Als ich dann die ersten drei Bände als E-Book gelesen habe, war ich begeistert. Die Bücher haben einen scharfen Witz und eine gesellschafts-satirische Komponente, die in der Serie allenfalls noch aus dem Vorspann zu erahnen ist und spätestens in den letzten Staffeln nehmen Buch und Serie völlig getrennte Wege.Diese Gesamtausgabe habe ich lange gesucht und als preislich halbwegs vertretbaren UK-Import dann auch endlich über Amazon mit sehr viel Geduld bekommen. Die Bücher sind sehr schon arrangiert und die Box stabil. Die Reise über den Ärmelkanal haben die Bücher überstanden und sind jetzt ein echter Hingucker. Leider fehlt ein letzter nachgeschobener Band der Autorin, der aber nicht mehr zum zentralen Zyklus gehört.Wer Vampire liebt und immer schon wissen wollte, was mit Elvis wirklich geschah und ob er noch Eichhörnchen isst, sollte in True Blood reinlesen.

Read these years ago , watched the series and was obsessed 😍! When I saw this box set I just couldn’t resist. Came faster than expected, gave me great joy . Can’t wait to get stuck back into them. Great value for money , looks so nice on the box .
