Unabiker Suzuki 00-15 DRZ400S/SM Radiator Guards - Bare Aluminum

Left side went on easy. Right side took some time and trying different things.. ended up having to add 3 washers to top mounting point of right radiator to space guard away from oil line. Just place 3 m6 washers in between frame and radiator guard.

These required some work to fit my 2006 DRZ400S. I had to slot one of the holes for the supports to clear my oil line, and I had to grind one of the supports a bit because it was resting on the lower radiator hose nipple and that seemed like it would cause problems. Great product havent had to test them out yet but look great and are very solid. Install was a small task found it alot easyer to install the gaurds on the radiators off the bike first as I also flushed the coolant system. Fit was good took a little adjusting to get them right but fits and looks great!

Disappointed. I have always been a little concerned about damaging my radiator on my DRZ while out in the middle of nowhere so I was excited to have this extra protection. Unfortunately, on my first ride my bike tipped over up against a tree stump and the radiator guards bent and my radiator caved in. Not a fun situation to be in 25 miles into a 50 mile ride. Luckily the radiator did not leak, but now I am stuck with a bent radiator guard and in need of a new radiator which will cost me a pretty penny. Like I said...disappointed.

Very easy to install if you follow the instructions. I have done quite a bit of trail riding since the install and they have protected from everything. After a bit of mudding it was very easy clean them out as well. Great purchase.

Good fit, better instructions or video needed to show proper installation.

I had to modify the guards to make them fit on the right hand side. The guard interfered with the radiator piping. The hole also didn't line up for the plastic radiator shroud, had to drill a new one. Left hand side was a perfect fit. Poor craftsmanship. Wish i had bought a different guard.

These were a complete pain in the arse to install. I had to grind down 1 corner to allow it to clear the coolant fitting coming out of the front of the engine on the right side. Word of advise, use lots of thread lock or you will lose bolts. That being said, I've rode with them all season and boy they r tough. I had a few nasty spills and not a single nick out of them and my rads are still straight. I would buy these again.
