There were not enough small laces to really make these work in my shoes, so my feet feel like they move around too much. So I'd check out the shoes you want to put them in, first. If the laces are pretty tight, and not much tongue shows through, then these are probably too big. But if there is lots of tongue showing, then they should work perfectly well.

These are great except the ends are a little too pliable making it easy to pull out. They would be perfect if the ends were a little more stiff.
