Agateware is a term for ceramics made of two or more colors of clay mixed together and formed into vessels. This pint size pitcher is made of a mix of porcelain and stoneware clays for the different coloration. It is glazed in a semi opaque slate blue, with a dark handle. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
