Q: How do the mouth trays mold to your teeth?

Trays did not come with what I ordered, only the whitening gel. I already had trays from my dentist. You will probably have to order trays in addition to this product. There are various types available.

Q: Has anyone else had the problem where you push on the syringe and the product all comes flying out at once?

Sadly, I've had the same thing happen to me. There should be a tip for the syringes included in your package. This tip must be put on your syringe before using, otherwise that's what happens. Remember to remove the tip from any used syringe, because only one is included.
