Q: How often do filters need to be replaced?

The Aquamini filter needs to be reaplced every 250 gallons. Please visit our website for additional information including specs sheets and manual (multipure.com/aquamini/) or you can contact our customer care department at 702.360.8880. Q: I have the mp-400ssct as counter top model, can it be converted into a below the sink model?

No. Model 400 and model SSCT cannot handle constant pressure. They can only be used as countertop models.

Q: Is the faucet connector compatible with different sized faucets? metric and us threads? i'd like to use it for travel in the us and europe

The unit comes with an adapter to fit most standard faucets, but it is possible that there will be faucets that need a different adapter.
