Molnlycke Mefix Self-Adhesive Dressing Tape is a dressing fixation fabric tape that secures gauze, tubes, cannulas, dressings and drainage devices even to awkward areas of the body. The porous structure of the nonwoven fabric ensures air and water vapor permeability. The fabric is non-absorbent and provides a barrier for blood and fluid strike-through. It can easily be cut to the desired shape and size. Made of a porous, polyester elastic nonwoven coated with a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive providing secure fixation. It is protected by an easy-to-remove, pre-measured release liner. Adapts well to body contours. Provides secure fixation. Soft and elastic, non-absorbent nonwoven polyester fabric backing, easy-to-remove, premeasured and perforated split protection paper. Awesome medical tape
Awesome medical tape. Great hold, comes off with great ease after a shower but will remove skin if not soaked prior to pulling on it, it holds that well. Purchased to make T-tape for restoring purposes, works perfectly... for those who are considering Mefix for that purpose

I like this for her
My 99 year old mother-in-law has paper thin skin. I use this anywhere she has a sore over top of the dressing on the wound. I like this for her.

Best fabric type ahesive tape
I have used this product for wound care before. I needed something to keep a patch in place because it would roll off. I ordered the 6in and it is perfect size. Keeps my patch in place until I take it off. Then it comes off with ease, no pain to remove.

Very flexible. Sticks well. It does leave a mild residue behind if you've had it on overnight.

Floppy tape
Floppy tape was a bit hard to control and tape backing was cheap compared to Rejuveness. My two 6" tape boxes arrived squashed. Not a huge deal, because I put the tape rolls in zip-loc bag to keep fresh anyway.

Exactly what I needed!
This product is exactly what I needed in order to start and continue with my personal project. ;-) I recommend using this product on clean skin that was wiped with rubbing alcohol to remove oil and residue.
