So far, the unit is doing what is expected. One complaint, the lid at the top sticks and tends to pull off the whole upper part every time you use it. I ended up filing the lid down until it slides down and off without sticking. This may not be on everyone's unit, but it was something I had to fix in order to use this without frustration. Can't really tell if the hydrogen is doing anything positive for my health, it is a leap of faith.

We purchased this July 11,2017 so we have used daily for 18 months. The water is great and our two Bengal cats beg for a fresh bowl every morning when I use it for the people in our home. I would give it five stars however it is getting rust in the base so I am shocked that it would have parts that can rust for the price we paid. So much for quality. Enclosed photo of the rust!
