I am so very happy I bought these Modvel Knee Sleeves. They are so much better than what I had been using to support my knee, so that is sch a blessing. I need a knee replacement since there is no cartridge left in my right knee. I had a total knee replacement scheduled last year, but had to cancel due to my Dad's death. Then three weeks later, my Mom had a stroke. Now, I'm moving, so these sleeves are doing everything they advertise and more, i.e.,stabilizing my knee joint while relieving pain naturally. They are well made, very affordable and you get two in the pack, that's another benefit. I can't thank Modvel and their distributor, BMW Distribution, enough for these wonderful knee sleeves. They are the best, so thank you!

Pros: comfortable, and the silicon band inside the sleeve does prevent it from falling down.Cons: not cut and sizes correctly for actual athletic people, who would not have a tube like shaped leg. This sleeve is shaped tube like, meaning the thigh circumstance is too narrow and the knee and above calf circumstance is too loose. This makes inadequate compression at the knee joint, the most important part that needs compression, and too much compression at the thigh (if you buy smaller sizes to compensate for lack of knee compression). Please look at the actual leg anatomy of an athletic person who is the target audience for this product and re shape the sleeve to better suit customer needs. This would work fine for an un-athletic person who would have extra fat around the knees and above calf areas, and weak thigh muscles.

My knee starts to hurt after several games of tennis so I started to search the knee support product online. Then I came across Modvel sleeve at Amazon with good review. After measuring myself per the sizing chart, I ordered the size medium sleeve as I am near the upper borderline of the size Medium and lower of Large. I thought I could manage to use a size medium but I was wrong. The sleeve fits well without slipping down but too tight for long time use. So I contact customer service. I have been very happy with the experience of contacting several representatives. They all demonstrate great customer care and answer my questions. They help me to get a replacement of a larger size which fits me perfectly. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants strong knee support. In terms of sizing, you may want to choose one level larger than the sizing chart says, especially when your measurement is kind of fitting in between two sizes.

I had something happen to my knee about a month ago - all of a sudden it just started hurting, sometimes to the point where I couldn't even walk. I got this knee brace, wore it one day and Wow! absolutely no paid the next day. Now I wear it to the gym and sometimes at work, but my overall comfort has improved 100% - I would definitely recommend this item.Just one small fly in the ointment - the sleeve has a nasty little sewn-on tag at the top that is really irritating! It digs into your skin and hurts. I tried cutting it off, but the threads must be f some kind of super-power material, because it still irritates my skin. I'm thinking of putting a small piece of fabric over it and move on. This brace is too fantastic to let a tag bother me - but I still wish they would get smart like some other wholesalers and just print their logo instead of attaching a tag!

I am extremely satisfied with these braces. I have arthritis in both knees and complete removal of the meniscus in left knee, bone on bone. I walk about 5.5 to 6 miles 3 times a week while golfing with a pull cart and the pain is greatly diminished. I have knee braces that are the athletic style with stabilizer bars, but I feel as though I have more support and more comfort with these knee sleeves. The temps while golfing recently in PA have been in the 90's and they stay in place.

These are incredible! I've had several other elastic type knee braces, braces with cable side supports, and even have some that have a metal hinge. However, these are now my FAVORITE knee braces! Bar none! They are super supportive, are actually "cool" as they breathe well, and I've had them for a little over a week. They fit so well *I'm average sized, but got large size given that the old ones I have were always restricting my blood and making me sweat. But these are very "breathable" and are relatively cool. In fact, I've forgotten to take them off twice in the last week given that they are so comfortable. Another positive attribute is that they stay in place! In my over a week with them, I have NEVER had to pull them up! Not once! That alone makes these a great deal. I HIGHLY recommend.

I have sciatica and arthritis in my knees. I found that the only way I could continue my daily walks without pain was to wear knee compression sleeves. My first pair were from Tommie Copper and seemed to help, but the cost was too high to continue buying. When I saw these, my first thought was they can't be any good at the price they were being sold at. When they arrived I was amazed at the quality of the product and when I tried them on the amazement continued to grow. They really made my knees seem sturdy and any discomfort I had went away.Based on my leg size, I was at the high end of a small or the low end of a medium. I chose the medium and I'm very glad I did. They fit tight but not uncomfortable. I can't imagine trying to put a small size on.

These knee compressions are extremely helpful for taking the pressure off “runner’s knees”In the past I’ve had difficulty finding ones that are both comfortable with a good grip, so I am so happy I came upon these ones from Modvel- they provide comfort, stability, and ‘ease in knees!’They even came wl a cute sweatband:)Highly recommended!

I needed compression sleeves for knee support for my walks and work out. I followed the measurements guide and my size was medium. When I received them, I liked the material and it was the right size for the support I need, but they were too tight above my knee. I am a seamstress, so extended elastic on top of the sleeves and now I really like them. They give me the right support and I can wear them for several hours. The shipping was fast, customer service is amazing. And the price is good.
