Validation I needed
Momming is hard, especially when you add in things like PPA and PPD. This book was so fantastic that I bought a couple as gifts for my in laws who had children close to me. It's an easy read since each page is a comic, but it's so relatable and validating and makes you feel less alone in your struggles. Highly recommend.

Absolute must for future mother and parents
I bought this when we found out that my girlfriend was pregnant because there was a chapter about having a child when mom is not there anymore. I wanted to support her through this challenge to become a mother, shortly after losing hers. It turned out to be much, much more than that. This book is a MUST for new parents (and all parents actually). If you ever think about a great gift for a baby shower or a book that might help ease your loved ones through pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood, buy this immediately. Most chapters are written towards mothers, but there are some parts that are directed towards fathers/other parents. Most chapters still can be relatable to all parents. I cannot stress enough how this is money well spent towards you mental health and therefore, you baby's happiness and growth.

Brilliant for mummas and partners
I struggled with post pardum anxiety and depression after my first child, this book was recomended by my mental health team, it's brilliant. It is so relatable and makes you realise your not an awful mother or going bonkers, many mother's feel the same way and we should talk about it more! It has sections to write your thoughts and feelings and exercises to do to help with panic situations etc. Would recomend to every mum with or without mental health issues as its very insightful. Also good for partners to give it a read as well as it has sections in there for them and also helps your partners to understand what your going through mentally and what you need help with and how to help meet your needs

Must-have for first-time mons and relatives
This book is such a wonderful must-have. It helps new moms and their families to understand and give support for a common postpartum distress in a very sensitive period of women's life. Quick reading and really helpful.
