FiberShack - Fiber Termination Kit - 9 in 1 Fiber Optic Termination Kit - Professional Grade FTTH Fiber Termination tool kit - with English instructions

Bought this product to complete a job. Used Leviton Fastcam connectors to terminate the fiber. This tool performed flawlessly. There was some issue with the adjustment on the cleaver as it was shipped with no adjustment done. Use the directions provided with a mechanical pencil lead to make the adjustments. VFL worked flawlessly through almost 1000 meters of cable. You could clearly see the light at the other end. Picture on amazon shows that there are batteries. There are not. You will need them. Cleaver shows made in China stickers, but it is not cheap feeling for the price. Overall, very happy I was able to complete my fiber job with this tool. Was well worth the money I paid in my opinion. Buy yourself a better ruler at Office Depot, the one with this kit is kinda cheesy. I never even opened it. Power meter works very well and is easy to use right out of the box. Comes with attachments for every connector you can think of.

The instructions that came with this unit look like they have been photocopied 1000 times. It is so blurry that we cannot even read them with a magnifying glass. They should have provided a link to a digital, clear copy.

The FiberShack Fiber Termination Kit came delivered just as advertised. The kit works well and now I have an additional tool to expand my data/communications cabling abilities!

I am still playing around with this kit but I am impressed with the variety of tools included. I will give a better review once I have spent some more time with it.
