Tasty, Good for the Mind, Body and Soul
I love this brand. Their transparency in the ingredients in what they put in their supplements is huge for me. They have several other vitamins that I buy as well. The price for these particular supplements are on point. You get 60 for under $10. You simply can't go wrong with that. My naturopath told me I needed to add more zinc to my diet. Because I have severe GERD and digestive issues, Zinc is highly regarded as healing to your stomach and intestinal lining. Not to mention it helps a great deal in providing immunity to colds and flu and all that fun stuff.At first I was on a liquid zinc but traveling with bottles of liquid isn't always an easy task every week. He then recommended these and I couldn't have been more happier. The zinc in these is a little low, so for me, I take 3-4 of these a day to get me close to the 15mg I need to take per day. The elderberry is an added bonus. Since starting these, not only do they help with the digestive issues, I haven't got sick in years with any sort of flu, cold, etc. Knock on wood. I prefer a natural approach to immunity. There is no gelatin in these. Huge plus. They taste like candy and a little tangy. Nothing to sour though. Its a nice relief from the other zinc I was taking as it had a terrible taste. Had to mix it with yogurt or juice to hide it. These are good on their own. They don't stick to your teeth either. Another huge plus. I highly recommend these and their whole line of vitamins and supplements. I will continue to buy these for as long as I need them!

Way too much sugar.
I can't be certain whether this product has helped me to stray healthy. I have used one bottle so far, and I haven't been sick. But, I CAN tell you this: Each serving (two gummies), contains 3 grams of added sugar. That's a lot of sugar per serving, and the gummies are overly sweet. Why are they adding sugar to something that's supposed to be good for you? Next time I'll read all of the fine print on the label before I make my choice.

Not great tasting
I bought these for my kids as they were slightly cheaper than the last ones I bought. The kids really didn’t like the taste compared to the other ones so I’ll be returning to that brand.
