terrible, the hose will twist, useless
Unfortunately I damaged the product trying to fix the design flaw, and can not return this useless plastic waste.Ot is design in such way that the center piece dos not turn with the reel and the hose WILL TWIST inside.The only way for it to kind of work is mounting the center piece in the opposite way, but then you have to disconnect the hose when ever extending or retracting the reel.PLEASE DO NUT BUY!I wich I could include pictures.I'm very good in DIY, and still this is useless!Chame that I cannot give less than one star.
