Using for more than two years.
The case is sturdy, grippy and not bulky. Besides, it's good quality material and work with the screen protector without any problem.

Excellent, minus the dinky kickstand.
Absolutely perfect, except for that shady looking and feeling kickstand. I had come across this case a while back but thought it was hideous so I purchased two other cases. The Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro and the FitFort black and clear case. I thought the UBP was ok, but I really liked the look and feel of the clear FitFort case with the black outlining better, it just felt better in my hands. The only drawback is it does show the dirt and dust over time.Well fast forward 6 or 7 months later and I need a new case. Not because there was anything wrong with the other two, but because I purchased new, longer, Type C cables with the right angle that I love and both of those cases have plug openings that are too thick to allow for the right angle of my new cables so I came to find one that would work. After alot of looking, I found myself coming back to this one. The reviews are so good for it and it looks good in videos, if not in pictures, and again, the only issue seems to be the shoddy kickstand.I took a little chance and and saved $ 6.00 by purchasing one from the Amazon Warehouse in "Very Good Condition, and I gotta say, I am glad that I did because it looks brand spanking new! Even the box looks perfect so I have no idea what it was marked down for. I have it on my Note 9 now and it looks and feels great. So far, my new favorite case out of the 3 I own.Pros:Looks great, minus the fragile feeling kickstand, it feels very solid and secure in my hands and the materials look and feel to be of great quality.Cons:Just one and that's the fragile kickstand. Not sure why they skimped out on that because this case could have been 5 star worthy if not for that. I will update my review in a few months, or less if the kickstand gives out before then.

Loved it so much bought another one
I'll be honest, I'm ROUGH on my phones. They squirt out of my hand (I have small hands), or slide off a stack of things I"m carrying, fall out of my pocket (why are women's clothes pockets so damn small?), or just seem to teleport into thin air straight down to the ground. For years, I depended on Otterbox phone cases for all my Samsung phones, but noticed that because the Otterboxes are so bulky and make your phone even bulkier, this didn't help me with not dropping my phone. For someone with large hands it would likely have been fine, but as someone with small hands and often doing a lot of one-handed activities (reading e-books while walking and carrying things, for example) that meant I could never get a good grip and down the phone would go. The cases had no grip! It would just slide off whatever. Popsockets and other phone grip devices didn't help either because they protruded from the phone and reduced the amount of surface area, which also reduced friction. Which was fine 99% of the time, as Otterboxes live up to the hefty price tag, except that one time my s7 fell flat onto its face and got a beautiful webbed crack which was way too expensive to fix.Fast forward to my Note 8. I saw this on sale one day and decided to give it a go. I'm not thrilled with the lack of color options -- silver vs black, how exciting -- but LOVE the built-in kickstand feature as that eliminates the issue of a popsocket/whatever protruding from the back. As an unanticipated benefit, the case is ridged! I didn't think that would make a difference with friction keeping the phone from slipping off any surface it's laid on, but it DOES. No longer does my phone gaily slip and slide to its doom onto the ground, to the chorus of strangers going, "OOOHHHHH..."So one thing -- the kickstand can be a bit flimsy. Do not attempt to bend it back all the way. It's re-attachable but if you're not paying attention it might pop off and then you will get super annoyed because there's no way to replace it except buying another case or a 3rd party stick-on kickstand.1.5-ish years later, I noticed my first Samsung case was getting a bit dinged up around the edges (totally my fault) so saw how cheap the case was and got the same one again. Still happy.

Protects your phone, KIckstand on back...Pff.
Dropped my phone a couple of times...phone was fine, so it offered good protection. If I were to have an issue with this product, it is the kick-stand in back. It isn't very sturdy. It has "snapped" off 2 or 3 times already with very little force applied. FORTUNATELY, IT snaps back on relatively easy. I still PREFER it to the "pop-socket" becuase it fits into my dash cell phone holder much better than did my case where I had a pop-socket adhered to it. (50% the reason i didn't return it, the other 50% is I didn't feel like searching for another one)The other small issue is that the kickstand affords only a SLIGHT slant...not a very huge one...so don't expect YOUR device to stand erect while you're on a video chat or conference. You may still need to prop it against something.

Decent default case if you need to stand your phone up.
I have experience with the s10e version of this case and decided to get one for the Note9 and they share similar traits. This case is probably the weightiest I have granted I only have have 3, the other being the LED Wallet and a clear case with a similar build design of this one. I got the silver one opposed to the black one because I read the texture on this one is less prone to sliding around, and compared to the white s10e's version which slides on bedsheets, this is true. This silver one for the Note9 is resistant to sliding. The side of the phone case also feels gripier. This is probably a good default case if you enjoy using your phone for media. The stand is firm for horizontal views but for standing the phone up vertically leaves me a bit nervous as the stand will bend. There is a lot of flex when doing this and I'm not comfortable with the idea of letting it stand vertically for lengthy periods.

Protective case with an utterly terrible stand
I bought this case for my Note9 and, well, it's a case alright. Every port and button is easy to access with the case on, however it's a bit thick and some 3.1mm audio cables or USB-A to USB-C adapters won't fit unless you take the case off.The kickstand is Nintendo Switch kickstand level. It is terrible. It works well on flat surfaces, but on beds it comes flying right off. Good luck trying to find where it landed. You might as well put a tracker on the stand if it flies off (that's a joke, but the stand flies off still)The protection, I haven't really felt how protective it is, but it's pretty grippy, and the phone didn't crack with a few drops. It's Military-Grade so you'll be sure to trust the case.Good case. Bad stand. Seriously, my popsocket works more better than that. And it's $3.
