Can be used for so many applications.
I absolutely love this mount!I needed a mount in my kitchen that would allow me to watch while I cook, allow me to watch while I sit on the couch (on the other side of the kitchen), and Somthing that wouldn't be too obstructive. This mount is perfect.

VERY sturdy
Let me tell you that I waited for a time like this to write my review, because I was a little iffy about how well this would stay up-We got hit by a 4.8 earthquake last night, and our TV and mount survived it.We weren't sure if we had set it up properly because the way our TV & holes for the screws is set up didn't really align with the examples on the instruction. But we made it work with the materials and tools provided, and it looks great and holds up even better.If you're a little skeptical, trust me-- it held up our 55" Samsung TV and survived a CA earthquake...it'll hold.

Great TV mount
Does exactly what it says it's going to do, and does it well. Installed in my tiki bar, hanging from a steep sloped roof. Added a couple of 2x4 pieces to align with the mounting holes on the bracket, and it went in like a charm. 45 min start to finish.Has a great downward angle, allowing me to keep glare off the outdoor tv. Highly recommend.

Camper installation
We recently purchased an older 5th wheel which had a shelf to set your TV on. Our flat screen was too wide for the shelf so I purchased your ceiling mount to mount to the cupboards above the shelf. I purchased a prefinished shelf board from Walmart and cut it to fit inside th cupboard. I used this and some carriage bolts to anchor the ceiling part to.
