Taste great and they are good for you!
These are excellent sesame seeds and I've used them in cooking everything from ahi tuna to a nice garnish on sesame noodles. The seeds are all uniformly toasted and have that nutty taste that compliments just about anything from fried fish to cold salads. All the seeds have a nice crunch and I have yet to come across any that are tough.(They come in a resealable bag but I prefer to keep them in a small air-tight canister.)So, these particular seeds are great - and good for you – they have a fine nutritional content of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, copper, zinc, fiber, thiamine, vitamin B6, foliate, protein, and tryptophan. These are probably the healthiest seeds you can get.If you haven't cooked with sesame seeds I strongly suggest you buy a bag and start experimenting and you will be pleasantly surprised. And these Kevala seeds are just about the best I have found.

Open Sesame!We've previously bought toasted Sesame seeds from the local grocery stores, and have really come to like the taste and texture on everything from salads to scrambled eggs. If you haven't tried it on eggs, you should, it adds a new dimension to fried or scrambled eggs, and a nice way to change things up. I have to say though, this Kevala brand tastes amazing. To the point that I've had other people, who are also fans of Sesame seeds try it out, and so far they've all agreed. Needless to say, I will buy this again.As far as the seller goes, shipment was quick and packaging was up to par per what you'd expect coming from Amazon. No complaints.

Fresh and Dry
These are much fresher AND TASTIER than the conventional (non-organic) toasted sesame seeds I pick up at my local Korean market, and around the same price per oz. Plus they're organic, so bonus.
