Very disappointed with this order. I ordered the shampoo for my son when he was young and it worked great, smelled great, loved the product. Now my daughter is having some craddle cap so I ordered the shampoo plus conditioner. I ordered this and was shipped the mangle tangle detangler and the conditioner. I contacted the company and they had me return the detangler. Once they received it, they were to then ship me the shampoo. Well, it's out of stock now so I received a refund, which is fine but after all this time of waiting and taking the extra steps on my end I'm still without the craddle cap shampoo, when I could have ordered a different product and been using it already. It's a bummer because I love the product but will be taking my business elsewhere. Also anyone that is going to order this, it's actually cheaper to order the shampoo and conditioner separate. You would think ordering together you would get a price break but it's more expensive. Overall unsatisfied.

This stuff is amazing. The picture on the right is after only 2 washes. I used the shampoo and conditioner and a brush that’s made for cradle cap and I see a huge difference. 100% recommend

So I wish I would have taken a before picture because it's insaine. My 4 year old daughter has thee worst scalp. Flaky yellow scalp. No matter how much we scrubbed her head, and brushed her hair & scalp, she has had flakes, and sticky oily yellow scalp. We just got this in the mail, and used it like 30 minutes ago. I turn my flash light on, and go to comb the flakes out, and they are gone! I kid you not. I didn't have flakes to scrub. I'd also like to say I used the John freeda scrub brush too, but I know dang well it was this shampoo & conditioner. I'm not paid for this review. Shoot I hardly leave good reviews. But if you struggle with cradle cap.. get this now. I'm tempted to use it on my scalp now for my seborrheic dermatitis!

As a new mom I struggled with finding a product that would get rid of my 3 months old craddle cap. It got so bad, it started spreading from her head to her eyebrows and ears. I could tell it was itching as she would wave her arms to scratch her own head but would be soothe as soon as I rub it for her. Read the reviews and decided to give it a try, the picture attached is the result ONLY 6 DAYS LATER (3 washes and daily conditioning). OMG I am soooo thankful. Defintely worth the money!!

Love this shampoo for my kids. The scent is great and the smell lingers lightly for a couple days after their bath. I frequently get comments from the grandparents that my kids smell great. The shampoo does seem to be tear-free as my kids don't seem bothered by it when it gets in their eye. The conditioner also leaves their hair really soft, but it can take a while to rinse it all out so I only use it every other bath.I have twins and they both had cradle cap of different degrees. It did help the one that had very mild cradle cap, but for my other one child (who tends to have more skin problems in general, like eczema) it didn't make it go away, but it didn't make it worse either.
