Good product and nice features
I use this laptop for studying, taking notes, and wathcing videos. Everything is working well and I am absolutely enjoying this laptop. The pen is responsive and a joy to use. The screen, keyboard, and touchpad are good. Nothing to complain about except that it may get a little bit hot sometimes

Loooove this- Artist and Remote worker
I'm not computer savvy at all, but I told two of my computer nerd friends to please find me a laptop that I can use for remote work, touchscreen, that can become a tablet so I can also draw. They BOTH found this and thought it was PERFECT. So two separate computer nerds signed off on this. And one inexperienced nerd- so three in all

Great for web based home office
Works perfectly for utilizing Amazon work spaces, 2 monitors connected to it as well. Doesn't seem to slow down when opening video files, haven't noticed it running hot since it had the major software upgrades shortly after setting it up for the first time

Sd card slot needs work, I lost a card because it missed the port. Didn't do any harm thought
