The only facial cleanser I will use
I've been buying this product for a number of years and it's the only one I will use. Gives a lovely clean fresh feeling after using in the shower. Has never broken me out and I have sensitive skin.

Great Body shop product as normal, but no lid…
Slightly concerned that this item has arrived with no lid. I’m hoping it’s the same product as I’ve been using for over 12 months, which has helped to reduce my rosacea alongside other body shop products.

Best face wash I have ever used
Made especially for sensitive skin so anyone can use it without any doubts or fear. It has no fragrance, alchohol or preservative. It’s vegan and cruelty free too. Even though it looks like water, it comes out as thick, soft and gentle foam. It is so gentle that even if it goes inside the eyes it doesn’t burn at all but at the same time it removes dirt and excess oil. Leaves skin soft, moisturised and glowing. After many tries and trials I have found my face wash. Hope the body shop never change this perfect product and continues with their innovation.

Good product just not for sensitive skin
I don’t think it’s good for sensitive skin. My skin is currently in a bad state since I have to wear masks every day at work, I got a lot of pimples around my chin area. I noticed I felt a little sting and itchy after using around that area only. But still it’s a good value and great product
