Not durable
First, the picture is misrepresentation showing multiple balls. This is one ball. Yes, I should have read the information more closely before purchasing. Second, I bought the small ball. It is tiny and much smaller than expected. The ball plus spikes measure 2 inches while other brands (I believe) give the measurement of the ball without the spikes. Third, I was going to return the ball due to it only being one ball; however, within minutes after opening the package my 14 lb poodle had chewed off a patch of the spikes. This is odd as she is normally not a chewer. Since my dog had already destroyed it, I did not return it.

NO COLOR CHOICE Misleading picture/description
You can see they really write it on purpose trying to mislead people to believe you get 4 balls. You GET ONE ONLY! Since there is NO WAY TO SELECT THE COLOR you want, you get to assume there are four of them.Compare to other vendors that sells 4 of them for the price of two, this one is quite expensive for just one ball.

Terrible
Like others, I was fooled by the picture assuming for the high price I would receive 4 balls. Says 4 inches but is close to 5 and it's the first time i have bought a ball that wasn't round. I guess on the bright side, it keeps my dog guessing since when you throw it, it always bounces to the right

My golden retriever/german shepherd mix loves these
I've bought these balls a couple of times for my 70 pound dog, who loves chasing and retrieving balls. They last a long time, but do tend to get a bit squished after a few months. My dog actually loves them better in that squished state, so it's a good thing. They are sturdy and hold up well given the amount of handling they get, which includes being clamped between strong toothy jaws.Anyone who expects a ball like this to last forever has unrealistic expectations. My experience with these is that they often get lost before they get squished. I will continue ordering these balls -- I think they're a good deal.

"Gorilla" Ball indeed!
My 8 Month old Poodle puppy destroyed this "Gorilla" ball in about 15 minutes. I never leave him with any toys. He was laying at my feet while I was working on my computer. I heard something and looked down to see bits and pieces of the ball. Hopefully he didn't eat any of it. The rubber apparently is so soft, it made no noise when he was chewing on it. I wish we could rate these bad products with a zero instead of giving even one star.

Durable and NO Annoying Squeaker
I have a Standard Poodle and these “nubby” balls are her absolute favorite toy, hands down. I was only finding ones for people or ones that were inside other toys and too small for her. So, I searched for the brand when I found a smaller version of this at my local Murdoch’s. They have so many more sizes on Amazon!I was trying to choose between this brand and another one. It basically came down to the size of this one (this one is larger) and the fact that it does not have a squeaker! (THANK YOU) I purchased two of them. These bounce, float, and are great for fetch. They are super lightweight, but really strong. My dog chews on hers constantly and it is still looking new. My cat even rabbit kicked the daylights out of it and it is still in one piece. Sturdy toy. They are easy to wash off as well, just rinse under warm water. We ended up with a bright green one and a blue one. The blue one smells like a blueberry. The green one did not appear to be scented. Right now, she is playing with the green one and loves it. I think it really does feel good on her teeth and gums. If we put the toy up, she’ll just walk around the house looking for it.These are definitely staying on my wish list so I can find them in the future as I’m sure we’ll eventually need new ones.

Possibly dangerous if it fails
Update:just few weeks after my purchase, the toy is comoletely deformed and unable to bounce. My dog loss interest in it doe to the fact that is just a piece or rubber at this point. If it was cheap i woild still be ok but this thing is expansive to be a rubber basic ball that does not ever squeak. Don't waste you money on it.Original message:The ball is not round and was never round. After few says a dunk in the ball developed and now it looks ready to bust. It is not cheap and that's why I'm writing. My dogs are hig bu gentle...the love the feeling of the little rubber spike and don't bite into it.The dogs play with it anyway but i will have to pay more attention when they play with it because at this point the contruction of the toy doesn't seems up to their promises and need to be sure the ball does not break and choke them.

Misleading title, and even worse product
Like many others, I thought we were getting 4 not ONE of these balls. They are very small, and not durable in the least. As I type this up, I am waiting for my boston terrier to get out of surgery due to blockage. The culprit? You guessed it, this ball that she chewed up and swallowed.. we have had other similar balls and for 6 years NOT ONE ISSUE. Our dog had this ball for a day. VERY disappointed in the misleading title, but then again, I would have received 4 of these horrible toys. If I could give a 0, I would.

Not Gorilla Tough At All - Avoid At This Price
Reasonable quality spiky dog ball, but - these are sold at a very premium price on the premise that they are premium balls, they are absolutely not!Sold as 'Ultra Light, Ultra Strong, Ultra Bouncy' with the product label stating 'Gorilla Tough' - save your money and buy the cheaper similar items (Gor if i remember correctly make similar balls for a 1/3 of the cost and have lasted much much longer than this one). Our medium sized dog is only allowed to play fetch with balls like this under supervision and not left alone to chew them (she has other tougher toys to chew). This ball was deflated after the second outing and doesn't come anywhere close to its advertised ultra strong gorilla toughness and at the price £7.50+ for one ball is a complete rip-off in my opinion when they are not remotely tough.
