JF-144 Automatic LED Night Light with Precision Light & Motion Sensor

I bought one of these to replace a standard incandescent bulb nightlight with day/night sensor in a bathroom. Because that room gets very little ambient light even in the daytime, the nightlight would stay on constantly. I'd first tried a motion-sensing nightlight from Walmart, but the LEDs in it were far too bright for a small room (especially when you need just a little light for a 3:00 a.m. bathroom break). This light from Orksun has worked perfectly! The motion sensor keeps the light from turning on until you enter the room, and it produces just enough light to help you get around the room while not being so bright that it hurts your darkness-adjusted eyes when it turns on. After seeing how well this light worked, I ordered another one to use in a second bathroom.

These are really nice nightlights. It gives off just the right amount of light. You can see but you're not blinded. It turns on the instant it senses you, and it gives you ample time to do your business, and then shuts off conserving energy. I would give it 5 stars if the plug portion swiveled, so that they can be placed in upright or side to side position. It's a matter of personal preference. Either way it leaves enough room to use the outlet next to it which is a very nice feature. A+++

The listing states "Soft white glow LED, provides nice warm light output" but the light I received clearly had a daylight bright white light, not the warm white it led me to believe.

Work well when you pass near it but cast a very low light and frankly, light up ver little of our hallway.

Not what I expected very small and simple do not put out enough light

My fiance wakes me up every night turning on the light to go to the bathroom. I bought this motion-sensored light with the hope that this would help! And it absolutely has!!!The light is bright enough that you can go in the bathroom and see what you need to see without having to turn on your normal lights. It only turns on with motion-- and turns itself off when motion has stopped for approximately 30 seconds or so. It also turns off when brighter light is detected (which is nice-- because I don't have to worry about it adding to the electricity bill when we don't need that light).Overall, it is a great product for this purpose!

We needed a light for the hallways in our two story house. These are wonderful. They go on when there is motion, perfect. I just wish the housing was a little smaller that is why I gave the product 4 stars and not 5. They are also attractive which is important to me.

I bought one light that I liked so much I got two more. One of those worked great but the other doesn't. It simply stays on all the time. When Orkson learned of the problem they promptly tried to make it right. Offered a replacement or refund. Good customer service. It's a cool little light and good company to deal with.
