Wonderful mug! I had been looking for a double wall mug for a while that was affordable and yet still high quality. I expected it go get stained from all the tea I had been drinking, but it is as clear as when I received it! (no scratches on it either!). The double wall makes hot drinks easy to hold since the warmth doesn't leak to the exterior of the mug. I will most likely buy more when I get the chance to. 10/10 would recommend :)

En todas las descripciones utilizan la palabra "vidrio".. pero el cristal de borosilicato es mejor conocido en mi pueblo como PLASTICO, aunque no hay manera de negar que se ve muy fina, elegante y moderna. Pero también se ve y se siente increíblemente frágil y ligera, así que es recomendable lavarla a mano. Todos los que la metieron a la lavavajillas experimentaron agua dentro de las paredes, ya que el sello está en el fondo y cede a la presión del agua. Y no pienso meterla al microondas, ya que si el sello está defectuoso es probable que truene, como una clienta lo describió. Aprendí la lección y no la volvería a comprar. Espero me dure.

Had no idea what I was missing. This cup is so awesome. Lightweight and looks great. In my review I said the cup was durable. You have to treat it with a lot of love and kind handling. Only had it two days now, treat it like the British Crown Jewels (I'm a Brit). I know how I treat my stuff. I'm very careful. I have a friend that I would not allow near my cup as she is a total klutz. If the cup were concrete, she would find a way to damage it. I am very aware and mindful of the care needed. If you are aware of the cup when using, you will be fine. I first thot it was plastic, but you know when you sit it on the counter, the "glass" sound is apparent. Going to buy another one. You will be so happy if you buy this cup. NOT GOOD FOR THE DISHWASHER. Everything about this cup is great. Including the price. Some reviews stated that the cup wobbled on the sink/table. Mine is perfectly level. NO COMPLAINTS. This is a great and beautiful hand-blown cup. EDIT REVIEW: After having 3 of these cups, I do want to bring it to the attention of the customers who purchase this cup, it DOES ALLOW WATER TO SEEP BETWEEN THE INSIDE THE GLASS. I kept looking at my cup, it was like an optical illusion, and it was full of water. After time, they DO leak from the place where the hand-blowing was performed. However, I still love this mug. Ordering another today. Just wanted customers know that it does, in fact have a few glitches.

It is exactly as described and does a decent job of keeping your beverage warm.I find it to be a perfectly sized mug with with the exact size handle that I prefer and great for one decent size cup of coffee.It does seem rather delicate and I've been hand washing it.It seems like the kind of dish that would easily break if it fell over in the sink. So be sure to take extra care when handling or washing it.It's not the kind of mug to be tossed around!
