Haven't used it to beat an illness yet but my Dad had a terrible bladder infection for 3 months he was on every exotic antibiotic and Doc was ready to put him in the hospital, I finally talked my Dad into trying this and in a week it was bye bye infection! FYI he had stopped all the antibiotics before trying this because they were making him even more sick.
