The physio recommended these as my middle toe used to hurt and I must admit it actually helped. Get the right size though, they size a little on the small side

Great but not for 13 hour shift wear. Started to get blisters at the sides of my feet from the gel ones so had to remove after 8 hours. Stay in place firmly. Buy the larger ones if over a size 5 foot as they are a snug fit.

I bought these as I was suffering from metatarsalgia and possible capsulitus of the second toe. I really do need to see a podiatrist at some point...... but in the meantime I tried these.The only item in this box which works for me and actually fits to my feet correctly, are the clear silicone pads that loop over the second toe. All the other items are too tight on my U.K. size 5 feet - and I don’t have large or chubby feet.Sadly one of the loops snapped when I took my sock off so I’m going to have to buy another pair.You do have to wear pretty tight socks to keep the pads in the correct position- so you need to take care when removing your sock so as not to snap the toe loop.The other items made my feet swell and dug in, and the silicone sleeves gave me blisters on the ball of my foot when I wore them during a 6 mile walk.I wouldn’t recommend this set as most of them are redundant for me, but I can recommend the silicone pads with the toe loop as they eradicated my pain.

Good selection of foot pads and easy to wash

Item was recommended by my GP to improve my experince with safety boots and to safe me going to physio. These 4 bits are useless. I am size 3 and i couldn't wear them due to hard edges which stopping blood circulation and causing swelliness and pain of foot. In overall waste of money and hopes to solve the pain.

This was the first time I've needed these pads and it was useful to have a selection to choose from. They feel bulky but eased the pain.

I don't really have much to say I found most of them comfortable but one set I found cut in-between my toes as was too tight , probably just my feet as was only one set , it helped but not as much as I hoped
